Founder & CEO
CEO & founder of Laxmiratna and Sapphisun Pharmaceuticals Pvt Ltd(LRS Pharma) who started the company in the year 2013. Who has been working in the international pharmaceutical business for more than two and half decades. Holding a degree of Organic Chemistry from Mumbai university and Masters in business administration in International business and finance started his career in Cipla Ltd in the year 1994 as business executive and worked there for more than 18 years.
During a successful tenure of 18 plus years in Cipla and working under guidance of the great and prolific Mr.Amar Lulla (the then CEO of Cipla) achieved many milestones of success as a Business Development Head in highly regulated markets like Europe, USA, Canada, Turkey, Israel, etc.
Immediately after inception of LRS PHARMA in the year 2013, the company was exclusively consulting for another South African company Forresterpharma who was started by the pragmatic and astute personality in the world of international pharma business Mr.Jerome Smith for in-licensing of various finished pharmaceuticals products from India, Bangladesh and China.
Under the leadership of Mr.Deepak Narkar company currently available with its own brands in more than 20 countries across the globe.
Laxmiratna and Sapphisun Pharmaceuticals have established a collaborative partnership with FUTURE PHARM.
Future Pharm established a joint venture company, LRS-FUTURE PHARM, in South Africa, with offices located in India, Cape Town, and Johannesburg. The primary purpose of this venture is to engage in diverse business development activities within the Zazibona countries. These activities include participating in various government tenders and importing pharmaceutical products under special import licenses.
Within this joint venture, we are equipped to provide a comprehensive range of pharmaceutical finished products, including vaccines and serums. The JV company has formed partnerships with several reputable international manufacturing companies boasting high-end accreditations.
